The built-in player opens in a separate window.
This is useful if you are using multiple monitors or one ultra wide monitor.
But for use on a single monitor, I think it will be more convenient to have the player in the same window as the application itself. And it is easier to maintain the code if the application is in one window.
How would it be more convenient for you: one window or several?
